	Hydraulic Power Unit
	Includes a 100% loaded hydraulic pump and a spare hydraulic pump with same model, driven by an explosion-proof motor, the pump brand is world-renowned brands. Provide a manually operated emergency pump to return the arm to its home position when power failure or emergency happens. The marine loading arm is connected to manifold flange of ship with two optional speeds. The main hydraulic station includes stainless steel hydraulic cylinders, liquid level gauge, drain ball valve, level switch, temperature transmitter, oil heater (under low temperature environment). A filter is installed in each oil suction line and equipped with a pressure difference gauge to monitor the use of the filter. The included safety valve can overflow and stabilize the pressure to protect the pipeline system. Pressure gauge and pressure transmitter are installed in the main oil inlet pipeline, and the PLC can automatically start and stop according to the system pressure. Optional accumulator group is used to operate the loading arm in an emergency. A set of junction boxes that meet ATEX and IEC explosion-proof is included in HPU. All pipelines and pipe fittings are made of 316L, using PARKER or SwageIok to minimize leakage. All pressure gauges and pressure transmitters are world-renowned brands. The shell of HPU is made of stainless steel, the protection grade is IP65, the surface treatment of the internal components meets the requirements of marine corrosion protection, and the life of paint is longer than 10 years.
	Solenoid Valve Unit and Local Control Panel
	Solenoid Valve Unit: All solenoid reversing valves have manual override function, and the solenoid valve can be reversed by manual control. Independent throttle valve for each oil circuit. Outboard arm hydraulic locking ball valve Provide a set of junction box that meets ATEX and IEC explosion-proof in SVU. The SVU shell is made of stainless steel, the protection grade is IP65, the surface treatment of the internal components meets the requirements of marine corrosion protection, and the paint life is more than 10 years. Local control panel: LCP is an on-site operation panel, also called operation control cabinet, mainly including PLC, explosion-proof junction box, control buttons, indicator lights, buttons, touch screen, switches, and optional local PMS display. The operator can operate the actions of marine loading arm and multiple functions by operating buttons and switches on LCP. Operator can see the current status of marine loading arm and alarms through indicator light on LCP and touch screen.
